Our Journey of Growth & Innovation

1991: Established factory in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra with 72 looms producing grey fabrics for women’s Indian wear

1993–1999: Expanded into exports, developing home textile fabrics for IKEA through a network of vendors.

1999: Ventured into defence textiles, registering with DGQA and DGS&D as an approved supplier for Indian Defence fabric requirements.

2000: Began supplying uniform fabrics for the Maharashtra Police and State Education Department.

2001: Partnered with the Tribal Development Department for uniform fabrics, bed linens, and woollen blankets.

2003: Developed an advanced roduct range included CVC yarn-dyed, 100% cotton yarn-dyed, lycra, viscose-linen blends, cotton-linen blends, and lyocell-blended fabrics.

2007: Developed eco-friendly fabrics for baby-carry cloth and baby products for the German market — certified OEKOTEX 100, Class 1 and passed the spittle & dribble test, ensuring 100% safety and sustainability.

2009: Created high-visibility poly-cotton fabrics for Indian Railways, Airport Authorities, Municipal Corporations, mining, and construction industries — used for safety jackets and vests.

2012: Became a supplier of cotton packaging fabrics to NAFED & Cotton Corporation of India, while also entering the fashion apparel export market — supplying premium fabrics to global brands like Kenneth Cole, Tommy Hilfiger, Celio, M&S*, and PD&C.

2013: Introduced grey fabrics for fashion apparel in the Indian domestic market.

2015: Began producing finished dyed and digitally printed fabrics for men’s shirting and women’s traditional wear.

2024–2025: Innovating in technical textiles, including nylon OG olive green WR & FR fabrics, antistatic inherent FR textiles (93 5 2) for protective clothing, and nylon PU-coated WR fabrics for ponchos used by CRPF and other defence units.
